Delete your OuiGotU account

Deleting your account removes your profile, photo, contact details, saved addresses, favourites and service listings, and the files you sent in chats. Open quotes are cancelled. Messages you sent stay visible to the other person, shown as from “Deleted user”, along with your shared bookings, invoices and reviews (shown as anonymous), because they are also part of that person’s records.

Bookings that are still in progress must be completed or cancelled first. This cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open the OuiGotU app and go to My profile → Delete account. Accounts created with Sign in with Apple can only be deleted in the app on an iPhone or iPad.

By email

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by email when your data has been removed.

Reports are kept for up to 3 years for safety and legal reasons, and some information may be kept longer when the law requires it. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.
